Gaming is serious and should be considered as much a serious hobby as anything anyone else does in their free time. What we mean by this is that friends and family often scoff at us as gamers thinking our way of spending our free time is less valuable than others. But why should it be, and why shouldn’t we spend our time and money getting our gaming setup right? With gaming becoming more and more of a visually immersive experience, it’s actually bigger than Hollywood now, then you will want to have the displays to be able to take advantage of this. It’s not just the size you need to be aware of, because unlike with TVs there are not standard resolutions that the devices are set at. RAM is so important for system speed, it’s often thought that processor speed is the most important, but the way a system works means that data needs to be stored in a way that it’s easily retrievable to be useful for your game. So although you need decent processor speed if you run out of RAM then your PC will start using hard drive space to create virtual memory, which is where disk space is used to pretend to be memory, but the issue is that hard drives are several times slower than RAM in terms of access speed and for gaming this makes it pretty much unfit for purpose in terms of gaming.

Keep Track Of Your Logins

For those of us who like to mix things up and play several different games we need to make sure that we keep track of all of those logins we tend to accumulate. So how best to do this? We can keep track of as many logins as you like by using a password manager. Others sometimes have different emails for all the different accounts, which is a bit much, but for most games, we can change this, for example, it’s easy to change your LoL email address.

So to be able to fully experience this you need to have a sound system to match, and not only for it to sound good, as if you don’t have surround then you will not be able to tell when enemies are behind you, putting you at a disadvantage.
