Nowadays Blogosphere became a highly crowded place where it becomes impossible for bloggers to get notified by the targeted audience. May be that is the reason many bloggers decide to quit within a year of starting it.
This is just one angle of viewing the state of the blogosphere, On the other side there are some extremely resilient bloggers who broke all modern myth about blogging and made themselves as professional bloggers in a very short period of time. They are the people who foresees the problem and make themselves comfortable with solving those.
Now,here I am presenting you the same old blogging advice which you might have forgotten while trying to find the soul of your blog,The Audience.
These tips are ordered and will bring more good if you followed the order
Crack the Headline
Headlines,The very first sign of promising content. Headlines are like a key to crack your blog traffic. If you get the right keys you will end up with great traffic from social media websites.
Beware,Great headlines are like binaries, either you will end up with exploding traffic if your content keeps the promise that your headline delivered otherwise you will end up loosing your existing reputation.
Here I listed some of the best headline hacks that I use regularly
Add “How to” if your content solves any problems face by your readers. For example
How to Boost Your Brand on Facebook and Drive Traffic
How To Be A Guest Blogging Genius With Targeted Posts
If you add some specific goal attached to your headline then chances are there to go more viral, for example
How To Get Your First 2,000 Twitter Followers
Another great headline hack is to relate your blog post with the famous personalities, for example

or you can try something funny like

Sometime you can emotionally blackmail your readers to read the content, for example
Do You Make These 7 Mistakes When You Write?
Instead of Emotionally blackmailing you can warn them like this
Don’t Do These 12 Things When Writing Headlines
Whatever the style you choose, the ultimate aim should be grabbing your readers’ attention.
People expect variety
All work and no play makes your audience a dull …Yes sometime providing lot of similar content will make your audience sick. Also possibilities are that you will also get bored with the routine.
Okay, then what can we do…Simple Publish mind blowing Infographics like Copyblogger,Record Podcasts and Videos like Ms.Ileane and compile useful list posts like Darren Rowse.
Whatever you do,make sure that it is interesting so that your niche bloggers would love to link it on their blog.
You need to put some extra efforts and spend a few bucks to create such contents but I guarantee that: you won’t regret upon doing it so.
Some of the famous marketing bloggers like Neil Patel used same strategy to grow his service called KISSmetrics. In his blog he states that
The strategy we used to kick off our long tail SEO efforts for KISSmetrics was through infographics. Within 2 years we were able to generate 2,512,596 visitors, and 41,142 backlinks from 3741 unique domains all from those 47 infographics.
Interviewing people from your niche
Interviewing peoples in your niche are a bigger strategy to reach core audience and also it is one of the easiest method to create engaging content.
To make the interview interesting and valuable you must ask sensible questions which benefits the readers and kindles the interviewee’s interest.
To host a perfect interview you need to read others interviews and explore the field in which the person is experiencing.
Mostly bloggers tend to interview the other blogger in his niche but you can show some variation by interviewing other peoples on the same niche. Take for example as a WordPress blogger I can interview some popular WordPress Developers and Owners of Theme companies instead of interviewing another person like me.
Lets take an example,Recently Problogger published an interview by Andrew Knibbe of Flippa,If you read it you will find that it is an interview about the state of the blogosphere than about flipped. That’s how your strategy should be.
Your turn to respond
Do you think these three little advices can add up some value to your blogging career. If yes let me know what you are up to.If no then lets discuss about the improvements that we can make.
Conducting interviews is the next big thing that bloggers are looking out these days.. 🙂
I asked Amit for the interview and he replied, “12 interviews pending bro. you just email your questions I will try to answer you back as soon as possible.”
Well, you can see how interviews are making buzz in blogging 🙂
Yep…In blogging niche if someone ignites any new trend then everyone run to follow that.Thats what happening now.Thats why I mentioned you need to show some variation. For example you can ask same question like “Your social media strategies” to several bloggers and sum it as a single post.
I have seen Thejas Kamath (SayBlogger) is now doing this 🙂
This seems interesting too 🙂
Yep..he is doing great I read his latest article.
Hi Dhruv.
There is no amazing thing in he have 12 pending Interviews. I doubt that 12 is less.
He had created an amazing online presence on the sphere.

Hi Vivek.
That’s some well put Advices. 🙂 Thanks a lot.
But won’t cracking the Headlines so early without gaining some loyal readers affect the blog?
We need some readers first. Right?
So its good it SEO up the headlines for a kick start, grab some readers and gradually start to crack your head lines. What do you say?
Yeah its quiet true…If you have a audience base the headlines going to bring more traffic. Also in current scenario social media is playing a bigger part in bringing more readers. So I believe cracking headline is very essential for newbie bloggers also since it can bring more shares, likes,Tweets…whatever.
Oh yeah. That works too! 🙂
Great Idea Vivek.
Totally Agreed. Blogosphere is full of daily rising newbie bloggers. But in last only uniqueness wins. Trending And Innovative Ideas makes you a perfect blogger.
Rightly said… uniqueness is the only thing which will make you survive in blogosphere.
Nice article Vivek, your points are just bulls eye, they are really helpful for newbies. As a saying goes great people don’t do different things but they do things differently. I too agree that people like variety so we need to focus on doing things differently.
